Maxwell is clearly living it up these days. He was spotted out and about with a mystery woman who he just couldn't seem to let go of recently.

And over in L.A., Mel B. popped up for the first time since giving birth to little Madison Brown less than 2 weeks ago:

Reportedly she was getting paperwork for her baby's new passport. Sweet!
