Closing out his island visit in fine fashion, Andrew Garfield was the special honoree on Saturday night (June 18) at the 2011 Maui Film Festival in Wailea, Hawaii.
The "Social Network" star took the stage at the Celestial Cinema venue as he was presented with the annual event's Male Shining Star Award for his commendable onscreen efforts.
Garfield's ceremony was the last of four tributes, as Megan Fox was given the Iris Award, Olivia Wilde won the Female Shining Star Award and Garrett Hedlund nabbed Rising Star Award honors over the past week.
Meanwhile, Andrew can next be seen in his grandest role to date as Peter Parker in "The Amazing Spider-Man".
Co-starring Emma Stone, Martin Sheen and Rhys Ifans, the Marc Webb directed picture is set to hit theaters on July 3, 2012.
